Check-In Steps
- Decide the time range you want to check in with (from waking to sleep is recommended)
- Set an hourly reminder during this time – with the question “How do you feel?”
- Go inside and notice how you feel.
- Give it a score from 1-10, 1 being terrible, 10 being amazing.
- If the score is lower than an 8 then record it on the splinter list
- At the end of the day. Take a look to see if there are any common triggers
- At the end of the week. Take a look to see if there are any patterns emerging
